By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use this website.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and anyone placing an order. Any new features, products, or services added to the site will also be subject to these Terms.

3. Orders and Payment

• All products are made to order and produced after an order is placed.

• Orders are processed only after payment is received. Currently, payment is accepted via bank transfer.

• If payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.

• By placing an order, you confirm your legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

4. Products

• Wapenkunst offers Print-on-Demand products, including rashguards, jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, bags, and custom fightwear designs for clubs.

• Some products may be personalized or customized.

• We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display them exactly as the product appears in real life.

• Production is done by trusted fulfillment partners.

5. Made-to-Order / Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order Products

All products in our store are handmade and made to order. Each item is produced specifically after a customer places an order. In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized.

We therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

• The wrong size was ordered

• The customer changed their mind

• The customer prefers a different color or design

• The item was ordered by mistake

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@wapenkunst.nl, including:

• Your order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

After review, we will arrange either:

• A free replacement, or

• A full refund

There is no cost to you if the issue is due to a manufacturing or shipping error.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be asked to cover reshipping costs.

Recommendations

Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors.

6. Shipping

• Shipping is available worldwide.

• Shipping costs are calculated after the order request is submitted. The order will only be processed once the customer confirms the shipping cost and completes payment.

• Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and production time. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which shipping times vary by carrier and destination.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All designs, compositions, graphics, and visual arrangements created by Wapenkunst are protected by copyright. These may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from Wapenkunst.

Note: While some design elements may originate from public domain sources (older than 100 years), the final compositions are protected as original creative works.

8. Liability

• Wapenkunst provides products “as is” and strives for accuracy and quality.

• We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruption, to the extent allowed by Dutch law.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it is prohibited by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the website. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and all related agreements are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
